Logo embroidery on T-shirts and polos

Embroidery stitches your logo into the fabric with polyester or rayon thread. It looks premium, feels raised to the touch and survives hundreds of washes, which is why it is the first choice for corporate polos and uniforms.

How embroidery works

  1. 1

    Digitising

Your logo is converted into a stitch file, choosing stitch types and density for clean, legible detail.

  2. 2

    Thread matching

Thread colours are matched to your brand palette and confirmed on the sample.

  3. 3

    Stitch-out sample

We embroider one real garment so you can check size, colour and placement.

  4. 4

    Production and finishing

Multi-head machines stitch the batch; backing is trimmed and every logo is inspected.

Best for

  • Left-chest logos on polos
  • Corporate and leadership wear
  • Staff and school uniforms
  • Caps, sleeves and back-neck branding

Good to know

  • Very fine text below 5 mm becomes hard to read
  • Photographic artwork and gradients are not possible
  • Large back designs add weight and cost

Is embroidery better than printing for logos?

For small logos on polos and uniforms, yes: embroidery looks premium and lasts the life of the garment. For large artwork, gradients or photos, printing is the better choice.

How big can an embroidered logo be?

Left-chest logos are usually 7 to 10 cm wide. Larger back designs are possible but add stitches, weight and cost; we advise once we see your logo.

Embroidery cost per piece

Embroidery is priced by stitch count and quantity. A typical left-chest logo adds about ₹60 to ₹90 per piece; see the pricing page for full estimates.

Artwork and digitising

Send a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. We digitise it into a stitch file once and reuse it free for every reorder.

Embroidery: common questions

Is there a digitising charge for embroidery?

A one-time digitising charge may apply to a new logo; reorders reuse the same stitch file at no extra cost.

How small can embroidered text be?

Text should be at least 5 mm tall to stay crisp. We advise on sizing when we digitise your logo.

Can you embroider on T-shirts as well as polos?

Yes, though heavier fabrics such as 180 GSM and above hold embroidery best without puckering.
